John Madison
Biography
John Alexander Madison received his Masters in Viola Performance from The University of Michigan and is currently the Principal Violist of The Michigan Opera Theatre. He performs regularly with The Detroit Symphony Orchestra and is a founding member of New Verse Chamber Ensemble. John is co-founder of The Cassini Ensemble, an Ann Arbor based award winning chamber ensemble that has performed extensively throughout the United States. John toured the US with The Chamber Orchestra of France and has performed with the New York City Opera, The Pine Mountain Music festival, and has appeared as soloist with The Detroit Symphony, also The Toledo, Grosse Pointe, Southfield and Jackson Symphonies. John recently joined the faculty of Wayne State University.
