WSU music majors enjoy the fellowship and networks provided by professional organizations and music fraternities.  The American Choral Directors Association and Music Educators National Conference attract student members, as do WSU chapters of Phi Mu Alpha, Mu Phi Epsilon and Delta Omicron.  Each year, Pi Kappa Lambda, the national honorary music society, initiates a few outstanding students.
