Below are links to talent-based scholarship forms for current Music majors for the 2013-14 academic year.  Note the deadlines for each form.  Students must download (right click link and save to your computer), complete and print applications, have the signed, and turn in to the front desk in the main Music Office.

Music majors who do not currently have a talent-based scholarship can apply by completing the new scholarship application.

Music majors who currenly have a talent-based scholarship can apply for renewal by completing the renewal application.
