General Information and Forms
For all new graduate students entering MA or MMus programs in winter 2013:
Graduate Diagnostic Examinations will be administered in August in Old Main. The date and time will be posted in June. Incoming graduate students will be only be allowed to register for selected graduate courses if they do not pass the exams. Please call the main office to register. 313-577-1795

Private Lesson Request Form for Graduate Students
Students must download (right click link and save to your computer), complete and print the Private Lesson form. The completed form must be printed, signed by your advisor and the Associate Chair (Dr. Norah Duncan IV), and returned to the main music office.
All WSU Master's students must complete and submit a Plan of Work no later than the completion of twelve (12) graduate credit hours. Download, complete and print the Plan of Work form. After completing the form, it must be approved by the student's program advisor and the Department's Graduate Officer.
