Important Dates for Music Students Fall 2012-Winter 2013
If you are performing a fall degree recital there is a mandatory meeting on Friday, Aug. 31 at 11:45 am in 1307 Old Main. There will be a winter semester meeting also, but winter recital participants are welcome to attend fall meeting.

Private Lesson Request Form for Music Majors
Students must download (right click link and save to your computer), complete and print the Private Lesson Request Form. The completed form must be printed, signed by your advisor and the Associate Chair (Dr. Norah Duncan IV), and returned to the main music office.
Applied Music (MUP) Term Report
Collage Concert Request Form Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Proper names, compositions and accompanist information must be listed.
