Donor support assists the department in funding student scholarships, off campus student performances, hosting world renowned guest artists, assisting faculty with ongoing creative research projects, and much more.

There are several ways to support the Department of Music. From a "Friends of Music" membership for $25, to an octave of piano keys sponsorship for $10,000, we have opportunities to match every contribution level.  A new giving campaign, "Grab Your Keys, Take a Seat and Start the Music!" will help the department purchase a new concert grand piano for the Schaver Music Recital Hall.  With over 100 annual recitals in the hall, the new piano will be a welcome addition for students, faculty and audiences.  You can donate to both programs by downloading the membership forms below.  Please do not hesitate to contact the Department of Music with any questions.

Join Friends of Music and Make a Difference!

Join Friends of Music and receive free admission to on campus performances!

For a very affordable $25.00 membership, you become a member of the “Friends of Music” for one year. You will receive a membership card that provides free admission for you and a guest to on campus department concerts, and your name will be listed in special WSU concert program booklets as a member of “Friends of Music.” For donations above the $25 membership, please choose a fund for your gift.
